Hello,

Can I get the MF and RV for the 2017 and 2018 Genesis G80 Sport AWD for 36/10 in MN?

I didnt find the Genesis menu while creating a new thread. It forced me to create it under Hyundai. Hope thats okay. (Shouldnt there be a separate Genesis forum?)

2018: .00019 MF and 54% residual. $500 lease cash
2017: There is no 3.3T engine for 2017

I can't answer for how the larger Edmunds website categorizes models. Just that we have to live with it.

What is mf and rv for a g80 sport in the state of GA? The msrp is 56215.00. Also effective Jan 1, the tax is based on usage instead of full price of car. The tax is 7%. Selling price of car is 51000. What would be the approx monthly payment for 36 months 12k mi ?

Assuming RWD, .00036 and 53%, $1000 lease cash

With the prices provided, I get $618/mo, if all taxes and fees are paid up front.

Hi, thanks for the calculations. Yes its rwd. I also have Hyundai loyalty which I believe is another $1000 off. How does one calculate tax on usage for 36 months. In Ga, you do not have to pay tax upfront

Actually, the tax is collected upfront. You can choose to roll that amount into the CAP cost, and include it in the payment.

We don't have the exact calculations.
Generally, add up your pre-tax payments, then add in any taxable items you paid upfront (rebates, CAP cost reductions, acquisition fee), then multiply by your sales tax percentage (7%?). This total tax amount is either paid upfront, or added to the CAP cost.

An extra $1000 rebate will generally drop the payment by about $30/mo.

I leased a demo G80 Sport that had 5k miles on it. After signing the deal they washed the car and moved it to delivery room where I noticed a damaged area on a door with chipped paint. The salesperson told us they would fix it and it would not be visible at all. Today I took the car to dealership to get the paint repaired and they just touched it up! The damage is still very much visible and bothers me every time I see it

My question is do I have an option to return or exchange the car? Any other advice would be appreciated.

First, tell them that the repair is inadequate, and that you want it fixed. Getting your money back would be a lot harder.

I can't explain 50.91%, unless there is an MRM that the MSRP exceeds.
Or, existing mileage on the vehicle.
Looks like a marked up money factor, or less than top tier credit.

The higher money factor adds about $30/mo.
The difference in residual is inconsequential
