Car Buying Advice - Current APR and residuals for a 2017 Cmax Energi Titanium in Massachusetts?

I'm receiving quotes > $400 per month from dealers for a new 24 month $0 down lease. I am currently in a 24 mth $0 down that is $299 with all taxes. I am surprised that the CMax residuals are nearly $3500 less than those I received two years ago for a similar MSRP vehicle.

Is this just dealers using the worst possible residual value?

    What mileage allowance?

    Dealers are stuck with the program that Ford gives them.
