Is this a good deal? What else can be negotiated down?

2017 Audi RS7 Prestige
MSRP 115,735
Sale price 104,538
MF .00115
42 months
43% residual or $49,766.05

Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Luke

    On 42/10, I show a 41% residual
    .00241 MF
There is a $6500 marketing allowance on this vehicle.

I wonder if your lease is being run through a 3rd party bank, instead of AFS.
    What payment did they quote?

Sorry, but I have no idea what sort of discount you can get on an RS7.

Then $104,538 doesn't look like the sale price. That looks like the adjusted CAP cost, after subtracting your CAP reduction.
Given the $6500 Audi-to-dealer cash on this vehicle, I'd think you could get a lower CAP.
