Money Factor and Residual for Momentum XC90 2018 All Wheel Drive?

Please let me know what is the money factor and price residual in Texas on a 39 months lease with 15,000 annual miles. Thank you!

    Hi. I had previously asked about residual and MF for xc90 awd for March for 28227 for 12k/ 39mo. You guys me told .00098 and 51%. However, the dealer is giving me 53% and MF .00125. They've also quoted a lower msrp than before. So, my monthly payment is $70/mo. more than I initially calculated. Do you think this is fair or too much padding on their end?

    They can't change the residual. Maybe, they are quoting 36/12 instead of 39/12?

    Either way, a higher residual would be in your favor, basically cancelling out the higher money factor. Given the terms you've listed, the difference in payment would be less than $10/mo.

    So, you need to find out the actual numbers.. Maybe, they've switched you to a different trim? R-Design or Momentum, maybe? Either way, if it's not the same MSRP, it's not the same vehicle. And, either way, the money factor is marked up.
