Best Lease Deal on 2018 530i or 530e

could you please share whether you got a lease on a 2018 530e without a downpayment? the best I could get from SF BMW was $297+tax for 24 months and $6,999 downpayment which turned out to be really like $9,700 after all fees were factored in.. I hated their approach of hiding fees.. what's the best deal I should strive for with little or no downpayment on a 36-mo lease

A lot of the payment depends on how much of a discount from sticker you can negotiate.

I can lease a Lamborghini for $297/mo - with $30,000 down.

Down payment on a lease simply masks the true cost - we suggest the only up front money should be for the first payment and any DMV costs. Add everything else into the monthly payment.

And - for BMW, 36 month terms usually give you the best payment.

- what is the Money Factor and Residual for a 36 mth / 15k mile/yr lease?
- any other notable lease incentives?
- has BMW historically offered better lease terms in December vs. Nov or vice versa? Asked differently, would you personally buy/lease a BMW in Nov or Dec?

Yes.. it went up in April, I think.
