Your residual amount seems off... I get $32,780.
With the correct residual, I'm off a little bit on the payment. I get $632/mo.
(and, the residual difference would take care of that)

So, not sure why their residual differs so far from what we show.
Gulf State region does some weird things with their numbers, sometimes.

I guess the trade-in took care of most of the Texas sales tax?

The residual is the biggest issue... other than trading in upside down.
It's possible that Toyota has a maximum residualized MSRP, and this unit's MSRP is higher than that.

I confirm the .00203 MF, but the base residual is either 76% (4.6L) or 79% (5.7L).

That said, SouthEast Toyota manages residuals differently, so it's almost impossible to understand how the residual value is calculated.

FL taxes the monthly payment on a lease, so ignore the tax amount. And, there is likely an acquisition fee in there somewhere.

Net, those are decent payment quotes, relative to MSRP. I'd go with the $0 cash due option.
