I get the same numbers.
Acquisition fee is marked up slightly from $695.
$1200 isn't a very big discount. Seems like you should be able to knock another $1000-$2000 of of that.
How much is due at signing?
$6500 + $644 + ???

It's no different than negotiating a purchase. Tell them you need a bigger discount from MSRP.
