Trying to decide on a end of model year lease or a beginning the new model year. Generally speaking, do you get better leasing deals when you are early in the model year? In other words...lease a 2018 Envision now or wait until the 2019 comes out this summer?

Lease when you need a car. It's difficult to time the leasing market.

That said, residuals are usually the highest at the beginning of the model year. But, pricing is best at the end of the model year.

I am interested in leasing a Buick Envision - FWD - Essence trim (without Nav or Moonroof) 36 month, 10K miles.
I am in New Jersey and one of the lease deals I am getting is $345/month with a total of $1500 inception cost (incl. all taxes, fees and 1st month payment) for a 39 month - 10K miles. Is this a good deal?

Also, can you please let me know the Residual value and MF in NJ for the following?

326/18 - Can you tell me exactly what incentives are available on a lease for a 2018 Buick Envision in zip 19020? I am a currently leasing through GM financial and also own a 2004 Dodge. I see a number of them on this site, but most state to see dealer for details. Sorry, but I do not trust dealers to give me an honest response. I have 3 proposals now, and all have a different incentive amounts. Thank you.

Have you told the dealers you are leasing? If not, you'll likely get purchase incentives, some (or most) of which won't apply to a lease.

I do not see any lease incentives from GM Financial.

If they aren't offering a lease program, then you probably can't lease the vehicle. At least not for any sort of affordable payment, even with big incentives.
