Hello,
I have an offer for a 2018 BMW 330i. MSRP is $46,997. The offer I have is for 36/12k. $445 a month with 1k total cash out of pocket. Can you please advise if this a good deal?

$0 down, or $0 due at signing? They aren't the same thing.
