Money Factor for Audi A5 Sportback

Hey all,

I'm currently looking at a Audi A5 sportback with the premium plus package and I'd like to make sure I'm getting a good deal on the lease. The MSRP is 49,110, dealer reduced it to 46,000 but the money factor is currently .00195 which is about 4.6%.
I want to make sure that's normal and if I am able to get the dealership to get that a bit lower as it seems a bit high compared to other models or manufactures like BMW for example.

I'm located in 78652, 36 month lease, 10k miles.

Any help would be appreciated!

.00195 MF and 59% residual.

The Sportbacks have been very, very popular. Audi hasn't seen the need to subsidize the lease program. It's an expensive vehicle to lease

Thank you. This is a prestige A5 coupe though. 
I think the MF is still the same.

Subtract 4% from residual for Prestige.

Whats the MF , residual value, 36 Mo 12K mile in VA/MD for a 2018/19 Audi A5 Sportback premium plus?

Also how many MSD's are allowed and to what degree do they lower the MF?

Any cap cost reductions?
