Thank you for the info..i’m Getting different prices. If i’m Leasing the car 36 months, 12k/year premium plus MSRP$60,500 and I want my payment to be $600 including tax in 92843...how much off the Msrp should I get to achieve that and is it realistic, thank you

You aren't going to get there.

The cap cost will need to be around $48K to get $600/mo, after tax.

so your saying if I put $1000 down they selling price should be $49,000 ?
cause he said they’ll sell the car for $52,000 and with $1000 down, it’s 750/mos

$3000 less would save approx $90/mo, so even that won't get you to $600/mo.

Kyfdx, but the numbers they are giving is not correct, right? Cause ur saying 600 incl tax the sale price has to be 49k, they sell the car for 52k which means it should be about 690 incl tax...am I right? Shall I shoot for that?!

That depends on what fees and such are added to the selling price when the lease payment is calculated. Every $1000 of fees or taxes will add about $30/mo to the payment.

Which is why you need to get the "adjusted CAP cost" from the dealer, with everything added in - and, a full breakdown of what was added.
