Good Lease Deal or No

Firstly, forgive me for being such a novice at this. I don't understand the lingo around here like MF and residuals. Hence, I need help in determining whether or not I'm being offered a good deal. I'm turning in my current 2016 Ram Big Horn lease for another one. I found a 2018 Night edition, V8 4x4 listed for 54,085. I am in Michigan. The dealer offered $416 for 24 months or $385 for 36 months with $500 down for 12k miles. They said they will also include black tubular sidesteps. I also have a Chrysler friends code that was factored in. I'm apprehensive because my Big Horn was only $350 a month with $600 down and it came fully loaded aside from being cloth seats. This night edition doesn't have Alpine speakers, spray liner (has drop in), or a tonnoeu cover. But it does have leather seats. Good deal or no? Thank you.

    Thanks for the article. So the residuals on this Night are:

    24months = 31, 717.30
    36months = 27,889.35

    Monthly payments are $416 and $385 respectively both with $500 down. This is with friends and family and loyalty discounts factored in. Do you think I'm getting a good deal?

    Is $500 the total amount due at signing? If so, those look like great deals.
    Yes. Awesome! I really appreciate the feedback. Still sifting through that article too. Learning! Looks like I have a Flame Red Ram Night in my very near future lol.
