Wondering if this is a good deal from the dealer who's selling this demo deal in FL for 10k/36mo for a 2018 540i with 3500 miles

Sale Price - $ 56500
Money Factor - .0095
Adjusted residual for mileage - 59%
Customer Cash - $1400
Dealer rebate - $1000
Total Cap reduction - $1000
Dealer is quoting $685/mo...i am not sure if this is a good deal or not for a demo vehicle with miles and high money factor.
the standard money factor i have read in this forum is .00521 and residual of 61%.

So, it's around 59%, but just a little higher.
To do a proper calculation, we need the adjusted CAP cost. That is the amount after all additions (acquisition fee, dealer/doc fees, DMV fees) and subtractions (rebates, cap cost reductions).

With your provided numbers, I get around ~$600 incl. tax though?
