What is the eligibility for the Subaru Customer Loyalty Program?

I turned in a Subaru Impreza lease this past week and leased a new Crosstrek but the dealer told me I was not eligible for the "Subaru Customer Loyalty Program" on the Crosstrek. The program was supposed to make my first months payment and cover the disposition fee. Does the program only apply to certain models/trims?

    I ended up sorting this out with Chase who handles the Subaru Motors Finance. They confirmed I was in fact eligible for the program as it pertains to all Subaru models, not just Imprezas (the dealership was wrong).

    I'm sorry, but we don't have any information on Subaru incentive programs.

    Did you lease through Subaru Motors Finance on the Impreza?

    Your dealer should have all the eligibility requirements spelled out for you.

    Yeah, if you went through Subaru Finance you should have been eligible. Dealer's a knucklehead for telling you that. Hurts you, hurts him.

    I leased a Forester in 2016 and with my lease ending I turned it in and leased a 2019 Forester just under a month ago. A couple of days ago I received a letter saying Subaru was making my current month's payment based on eligibility in the Lease Loyalty program. Dealer didn't mention this one way or the other.
