We have a lease maturing that has security deposits. I have heard paying security deposits to lower the MF has gone away but may still be available for current lease holders who had it in their current lease. Can you confirm and if so how does it work now?

We are interested in a 2018 430 Gran Coupe new or loaner car. We live in Northern Calif Zip 95356. What lease offers and loyalty money is there?

What are the MF and residuals for 10/12/15k miles for 24 or 36 months?

If still available in your region, the new program is 5 MSDs at .00005 reduction each, for a total reduction of .00025. That's about half of the total reduction available previously.

Is this a good deal ?

What is the full breakdown of the $3000 up front cash?

Can't tell you if it's good or not until we have all the facts.

Lease term in 36 months and 10K miles/year. I don't have the breakdown of the 3000. I will see if i can get it.

The 3010 lease down payment includes 1535.83 (taxes), 925 (bank fee) and 500 (1st payment due)

With those prices, I get $675/mo

There is $3000 lease credit; you should target 7% off MSRP before applying the incentive. Therefore, the $51,500 "out the door" price seems high, if you are paying the taxes and such up front.

No, it doesn't seem high.

If anything, it seems too low. There seems to be some missing information associated with this quote. I suggest you confirm the following information with the dealer:

MSRP
Adjusted Cap Cost (negotiated price less incentives plus any fees/taxes not paid up front)
MF used
Amount due at signing, with a full breakdown

I get $511/mo plus tax, so the payment looks to be in the ballpark.

We suggest you add the taxes and bank fee to the selling price - less out of pocket, but a higher payment.

Are you suggesting 45210+1535.83+925 - (1000) ? What would be my monthly payment in this case?
