No, this is not my proposed offer. I'm wanting to lease this car and this is my budget, im actually hoping i can get $0 down and or around $250/mth for 36 months. TLX Tech and 10k miles. but i saw a previous thread of-https://leasehackr.com/blog/2017/11/14/sibling-rivalry-all-new-2018-honda-accord-416month-vs-acura-tlx-291month. that had the same specs i want for $291 so i was wondering if that is a possibility in Las Vegas.

Seems doubtful to me. I'd guess you'll be at $350+, including tax.

Picking the very lowest price from the internet (theoretical in this case, and from November), and trying to match or exceed it, in your local area will likely just end in frustration.

Before I decided to roll in the bank fee, it was 320/mo with $2,100 drive off. I wanted to pay less out of pocket, so I asked for 335/mo with bank fee rolled in (saves me about 2 more dollars a month)

You can get a 300< payment on an ILX.

@brucewhey is this in Las vegas? if i want the TLX Tech but just the V4 version
wouldn't that be almost a 4-6k difference making the monthly payment significantly lower and possibly getting it down to 300<?

@anon564738 Thank you, are you in Las Vegas? are you talking about an ILX Tech Package? for 300< i did my math and its actually way cheaper to lease an Acura now compared to a Honda. so im leaning towards an Acura. Since Honda just redesigned theirs and they are just selling it at such an expensive price now.

This was in NYC. I didn't get the AWD, so its around 4k extra in MSRP. Getting it lower than 300 is definitely possible depending on the other factors like if youre going to pay taxes and fees upfront. If I were you, I would aim to get it lower than 300, but if they can get you close enough it's also worth considering. Most of the time, you won't get exactly what you're aiming for, but if you can get 90% of what you want its good enough.
