Please take a look and help me determine the negotiation that should be undertaken to make this a good deal:
MSRP $23290 Selling Price Offered $21200 (includes extras....splash guards, pin stripe, mats, nitrogen tires)
Acq Fee $595 Doc Fee $699 Residual $13508 MF .00124 Lic Registration $50
4 No Charge Oil/Tire Maintenance

The lease cash of $1400 was not mentioned and I just learned of it on this forum.

I am returning a leased 2015 Honda Civic EX-L 33,000miles in excellent condition with no payments remaining.

Went to another Honda dealer for 2018 Ex-T 36/12 lease and offered $1500 down w $250 payment all inclusive. The doc fee is $495 Acq $595 Add ons included. No free oil/tire rotations Figuring backwards that looks about $20600 as a selling price. It was confirmed twice to me $1500 and no more out the door first month included and $250 per month payment tax included.

The $1400 looks like it's a dealer incentive, so not disclosed.
    What is the term/mileage allowance?
    36/12
    .00124 MF
    58% residual

    What payment did they quote?
    What state is this?

the term/mileage is 36/12 MF.00124...Residual $13508 Kentucky 6%tax. A payment has not been quoted as I asked for their best selling price for a lease with all the additional charges.....by my calculations it looks like $295+18tax=312 with 0 down. But I am not certain if the 9% off of the MSRP is all that should be expected.......also, I am thinking they could take my lease turn in and extend some cash back to me. Appreciate your thoughts. Also, the oil/tire maintenance is worth about $320. Thanks for your consideration of this offer.

There is no prepay of the maintenance....it is 2year no charge (4 x 80). I was OK with the $699 until I learned the Acquisition Fee of $595. Would I be within reason to say "Put together a $250 monthly with$1500 down" as my offer? Thanks for your insight

Made an offer of $250 monthly including tax and $1500 down including everything else out the door no further add ons not even license registration. THEY SAID OK>>>>Includes first payment......Is this too good to be true. Your analysis most appreciated Thanks
