Hello, thinking of leasing a Subaru Outback Limited (2.0 or 3.5, not sure) would like to get MF that's available now. Subaru seems to have effective 2.9 but with $1999 down. I'm looking for no money down.

    36/15
    2.5 Limited: .00082 MF and 60% residual
    3.6 Limited: .00100 MF and 62% residual

The $1999 down is just an example for the advertisement. You can structure a lease however you want.

Hi, Was looking into leasing a 2018 Subaru Outback this Month or Next. stuck between the 2.5 Premium and the 2.5 Limited (only way to get leather) Would like to know the MF and the RV on the following:

36 months, 10k miles, and based in NJ.

    2.5 Premium w/Eyesight
    2.5 Limited

Would there be a big difference in MF/RV from this month to next? Is there a MF worth waiting for or is it better during certain times of the year?

    Premium - .00040 and 60%
    Limited - .00065 and 62%

There are no trends to point to that allow you to time the market.

You should lease the car when you need to.

Thanks for that info. Also, do you know how the taxes get applied in NJ? Is it only applied to what you use? (the negotiated price of the car less RV + financing charges?)

Yes.. don't know the exact calculation, but that's pretty close. Acquisition fee and CAP cost reductions are taxed, as well. The amount is collected upfront. You can roll it into the CAP cost, or pay it upfront.
