Advice on purchase

I would welcome your advice on the following scenarios (purchase of a used car):
There are two almost identical Tech RDX FWDs I'm interested in - one is a CPO at a dealership (Car A) one is on Carvana (Car - Car B is $300 more than A, but has 10,000 less miles (12k v 22k). I've never gone through Carvana, so not sure what that experience is like. What are other factors I should consider? On the surface, which seems to make the most sense? Thanks for your advice.

What sort of extra warranty comes with the CPO model?

I don't have anything against buying a used car from a non-dealer, but the whole Carvana thing bothers me. A lack of pictures on their website, and buying it sight unseen, with no test drive?

The lower miles is worth maybe $1000, and you're paying $300 more for it. So we aren't talking about a huge price differential here.

I'm with kyfdx--without a test drive and a good lookover, no deal for me.
