Looks like you need a lot bigger discount.
Since you are paying fees upfront, only tax is added to the selling price.
With a CAP cost of $62,922. and taxes of around $2300, appears your selling price is only $1600 off of MSRP. (my estimate)
You should be looking for closer to $4000 off.

$4000 total, before deducting the $1000 incentive.

How do you nicely negotiate $4000 reduction? Also, where do you see the $1000 incentive? Thx just trying to figure out the numbers. I have an appointment with sales on saturday. Lol, feel like I’m going in some kind of date, nervous.

The $1000 is a consumer rebate, so you can probably find it on the BMW website.

You negotiate a discount on a lease, just like you do on a purchase. Wait for them to quote a number, then counter.
