Lemon Law Buyback Title Advice?

My first post here....
Fell in love with a gorgeous 2017 A8. 14k on the clock, handsome White w Velvet Beige int.
Zebra wood trim...all the options i need, and the 6cyl., powerplant. Drives like a dream!
My current daily driver is a 2005 A8 with 145k. Still perfect, but time for a new ride.
Dealer now advises that car has a Branded Title/ Lemon Law from Ca.. paperwork indicates issue ( relays) was resolved, a nd added a 12 month extension to warranty for related issues to this Engine Light Problem. Have read many conflicting opinions about buy/ no buy?
Question is?? How much should the steep discount be considering these issues, and will,there ever be a Happy Ending here? Still 3 years on Factory Warranty, plus 1year ext., on related issues. Cant help myself....really love this car!

If you keep it for 145K miles, making it worth virtually nothing, then it's probably no big deal.

But, if you have issues with it, and want to dump it, you will take a serious bath. Is the savings $20K+ or more? If not, don't even think about it.

What are they asking for the car? You should compare that to other retail adverts you are seeing. Unless the discount is very steep, I don't see any incentive to roll the dice on this one.

Remember the rule: "Whatever gets you into a car cheaply, will be haunting you when it comes time to sell it".
