Thanks...Follow up questions please. Dealer just came back with the following numbers:
The money factor for 36 months is .00138...for 39 months it is .00257.
36 Months zero down $925.00 12K miles 15K miles $940.00
39 Months zero down $1103.75 12K miles15K miles $1118.00

Both of these options seems high to me. I was hoping to be in the $580-$610 range. Do I need to negotiate a better deal? Do I need to ask for a lower cap cost? All advice is welcomed. I'm trying to keep my payments low with putting money down on a lease.

You don't want to lease this vehicle for 39 months, obviously.

What is the MSRP and CAP cost on the 36 month term?

Dealer said the cap cost is $63.038.00/ $34.571 after 36 months.
The website shows the following
Sale PRICE $59,998
MSRP $65,230

With that CAP, I also get $925/mo.
Considering tax, acquisition fee, etc, the CAP looks about right, given the advertised sale price.

The Armada is a high-priced vehicle with a below average lease program. It's not a candidate for a cost-effective lease.
