I am qualified for GMS pricing, but have been told that GM Financial sets the money factor at 0.00172

Looking at all of these quotes, it looks like everyone is getting a better money factor lease price than the employee gets. Is that correct?

I am in 48307. I did the get the lease loyalty and gms incentive. The vehicle msrp is about $48,000

36/12k=$549 with approx $1,017 due at signing

Is this a good deal?

I don’t remember the actual selling price. However, I thought the selling price is set from GM Family first for the employee price?

I remember that the residual value was at 53% for 36 months/12,000 and a little lower maybe 51% for 39 months/12,000.

Is the residual value something that is set, or is that something that can be marked up?
