Hi can you provide the RV, MF and incentives for the 2018 Ford Edge SEL FWD in 31513? Also, is it better to negotiate a cash/out the door sales price prior to mentioning leasing?

Dealer has offered 44% residual on 39 month lease with 2.55%. Says the $580 payment includes $3000 incentive. (Originally have sales price of $33,900.  Based on the RV and MF from 10 days ago, any guidance on how I should respond is welcomed! Are they playing with the numbers or have things changed that much?  So thankful for your guidance.

39/15 residual is indeed 44%; add 2% for 12K

APR is marked up an even 1%, however (base is 1.55%)

I confirm the $3000 lease cash

Tell them you want 12K miles and the base APR, or you'll find a dealer more accommodating

Again, thank you for your help! I am doing all this to help my 80 year old parents on limited income get a car. With a MSRP 39160, negotiated sales price of 33900, 36 mos, 10k Miles, $5000 down, in 31513, what payment should I be looking at? In paperwork, should residual (buyout on end) be based on MSRP or negotiated price? Thank you for being so patient with all my questions. All advice is greatly appreciated.

$427/mo., assuming all fees and taxes, and first payment are paid upfront.
That will be less than $5000, for sure.
