The numbers in that offer are 55% of MSRP. Which is correct for 36/10

As is the 52% we quoted for 36/15.

Hi, I was looking for 2019 M5 base MF, RV, and incentives for 10k/36mo in Minneapolis. If I’ve read right, it’s 0.00165, 55%, and $5000 lease cash.

I read the the fine print on the www.bmwusa.com link by sizzlechest above. They quote a monthly payment of $1,319 with:

MSRP: $105,395

Dealer discount: $616

Cash due at signing: $5,744 (includes $925 acq. fee and first months payment, so essentially $3,500 cap cost reduction)

I’m coming up with $1,436/mo. What am I missing? Sales tax wherever a person lives? Thanks!

Did you subtract the $5000 lease credit? The calculation given by BMW is correct.

My friend just leased an X1, and got a loyalty credit for his 1998 Z3.

That may not be applicable to an M5, but that is one data point.
