    About to lease a 2019 Tundra 4x4 Crewmax SR5 36 months 18k miles in 33436.

    Was given an initial money factor of .00176. We want to do max MSDs and the dealer said $4000 in MSDs would drop the money factor to .00126.

    Does this sound about right?

    I confirm the base MF as .00176 for SETF.

    However, we have no visibility into the MSD program, but a .00050 drop is significant.

    Do you know the adjusted cap cost used for the lease payment calculation? Not sure that $2000 will cover all your up front costs - first payment, registration, dealer doc fee, acquisition fee, etc.
