$584/mo, assuming 1st payment and all fees are paid upfront. (you'll have to figure out if that adds up to $2000)

Dealer indicates money factor is .00085. When you put 2000 down does that
go toward the fees or fees in addition to that. So if $1980 in fees would my 2000 down cover that or do I have to come up with 3980? what would lease be using .00085 money factor.

I didn't factor any extra from your upfront money into the payment calculation.

DMV fees
Tax (even SC has some sort of fee, in lieu of tax.. $500?)

If they are using .00085, then that's marked up. Would add $30/mo. or so, to the payment

Thanks. $500 is tax. So can I argue that the money factor is marked up. Would I need to get the money factor from another dealer or how would I go about that? Finally I used a formula I found online to figure out what the lease payment should be--purchase price, residual value, gross cap cost, adjusted cap, depreciation, base payment and rent. Should I fill it all in and in negotiations say here it is and that is what I want. Purchase price came down another $200.00 to 46,299.00

Simply tell them you want the base MF, or you walk. They know what the base rate is. If they refuse, find another dealer
