Dealer Not Budging on Lease APR

So I have a question. I've been negotiating with a dealer on a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. We've been going back and forth on sales price, but what they won't budge on is APR. According to their own report I qualify for their best offer on APR, which they say is 2.3%. Info here on Edmund's says that APR for a 2018 Titanium Edge can get to 1.5% . I've told them as much and they still won't budge. Dealer put his finance guy on the phone to tell me the 2.3% was actually lower than they normally go. I like the car but am totally prepared to walk away over this. Has anyone else dealt with a Ford dealer who won't move on APR at all, even when you come armed with research? My instinct is to walk away and let them come to me if they really can change it, but wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas before I did so. Thanks!

Dealers are permitted to mark up the APR for extra profit.
Checking your ZIP again, I actually show 1.30% APR as the base rate.

Don't you have have more than one dealer to pick from?

Yeah, I do have other options. Inventory in the area with what I'm looking for has been a bit thin - Was initially looking for an SEL with a 201A package and panoramic sunroof but this particular Titanium stood out and the SEL's that are in stock nearby have been base models. My wife flagged a dealer a bit farther out than I had been looking with better inventory and I've reached out to them for some quotes. We'll see what happens.

Unfortunately, it's that time of year where inventory gets scarce, and the advantage turns back to the dealer.
