    Also a couple questions for the pros:
    1) Are there plenty of 2019s left out there? When do they typically sell out of previous year?

    2) Are dealerships busy relative to the past few months?

    3) Are the residuals and money factors available for 2020 models?

    Any advise for minimizing payment with my only locked preferences being double cab in SR5 trim or higher?

    Hi mods, thanks for your help

    I wanted to confirm leasing incentives, MF and RV for zip code 97225 for a
    Tacoma 4WD TRD Off Road 5’ double cab. I thought the incentive was $1500, but some dealers are telling me this is only for purchase and lease incentive is $500.
    The Toyota website also says lease terms are 36/10 available. Would this be a 1% increase in RV?
