Hi,

I am currently leasing a 2015 TLX advance and will be renewing my lease in 5 days. I was wondering if I could get some info on the incentives on the 2019 TLX V6 A-SPEC. I live in VA/MD and would want to have all the information before going into the dealership.

Money factor......
Residual............
The maximum discount they can give.........
Dealer incentives......................

I am on a very strict budget and looking to stay roughly at the same price point. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks

After inquiring about a 2019 TLX 36mo lease, here are the numbers I was given... do I have more room to play with numbers?

Zip 95688, Bay area in Cali

2500 down- 36 months with 15000 miles a year.

MSRP- $43795.00
Sell price - $36,595.00
M/F- .00084
gov fee- $640
proc- $80
residual value- $21460.00

I know this is pretty good, is there any more room to play?

Do you have a breakdown of what the $2500 up front covers, specifically?

OF course I left that out. It would be a 2019 3.5 TLX FWD A-Spec.

The down would go toward "Government fees" & Acq Fees" mainly.

They did say they only required $1399.00 down. so the rest would just go toward the cost.

Discount doesn't look so good if you add the incentive to the selling price. You could work on that.

In CA, we recommend you pay only the first payment and DMV costs at signing - roll everything else into the monthly payment.
