    Hi,
    Can you pleae Provide August Residual/MF rates in (11024) New York.
    Are the rates different according to region? I am looking at some cars at out of state dealerships.
    Are the residuals/MF different depending on trim lines SQ4vsSQ4 GranSport
    What is the residual difference between 7.5/10/12/15

    I am ideally looking at 36months /12k miles

    Yes, completely different incentives for lease vs. purchase.

    Spoke to a couple of dealerships about the Ghibli and was told the discounted prices listed are for finance/buy only and inlclue $2000 loyalty. Selling price will go up by $6000 for leases

    Michaell, could you look at this lease deal and tell me what you think?
    2019 Maserati Quattroporte S MSRP 118,525 discount price 106,988. Requested down payment was $12,888 but they would take $6,888 includes first month payment $931, acquisition fee of $799 and the dealer fee of $899. It does not include tax and the tag fee.
    Also, what do you think about one time pay lease?

    I don't know what these sell for. Did they give you the adjusted CAP?

    The payment looks pretty cheap, considering the price and the lease program.

    The sell price is $106,988. They didn't give me any further info as of now except those numbers.

    With that number, I get a payment of over $1300/mo, so something is off.
    Maybe, they are using a third party bank, instead of JLR Finance?

    The only way a single-pay lease saves is with a lower money factor. Since the money factor is so low, the savings would be minimal.

    With last month's numbers, I get $1410/mo., assuming all taxes and fees are paid upfront.

    Ask for the adjusted CAP, and find out what's been added, then also ask for the money factor.

    The changes for September (lower residual, higher incentive) should be a wash.
