    Thank you, so I actually have a question, a dealership has a never titled 2017 ATS-V with the black package, lux pack carbon fiber package etc etc,  the msrp is around 85,000 it has 18 miles and they are offering it for sale at 59,xxx, before asking the dealership I figured I’d ask here and see if this car is leasable ? And if so would it be at standard rates ?
