    Back again. I'm wondering if there has been any September updates. Looking at 2019 Genesis G70 2.0 Sport RWD Automatic for ZIP 75082, 36/10. Dealer is offering 47% residual, but MF 0.00046. Offer includes $6500 rebate + $1500 check to me to get out of current lease with another manufacturer. The MF is higher than number provided in the forum back in August. What are the "real" numbers as of Sep 5?

    Lease cash has no qualifiers

    MF can be marked up by dealer as much as .00040, so keep an eye out for that

    Here is what they finally sent me. This is a 2.0 AWD Dynamic, 36/12. I told them that the MF was marked up and they fully admitted it and are not interested in changing it. They didn't include 1K conquest and it looks like this doesn't have sales tax in the numbers.
    I used leasehackr and it just doesn't add up. I think I will look elsewhere.

    They want me to pay 294 per month for a 36/12
    That’s supposedly with the 1.9%APR and a RV of 18,000 (I dont remember the exact number)

    Can someone tell me what I should be paying using the standard MF and RV for this model?

    Would not recommend using trade equity to buy down the payment - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled before the lease ends.

    Thanks! Good point about the trade in. I dont think there was any discount beyond the incentives. I will ask for the detailed quote.

    I feel I'm new to this forum- well I used to read XG350 forum everyday 17 years ago. haha.
    I'm back for G70.

    First, who are these nice people answering all the lease questions in any states and why do you do this service? Thank you for doing this!
    Second, people don't buy cars any more but mostly lease them?

    I am interested in G70 RWD 2.0T with Elite package, Auto T/M. What will be my due at signing and monthly payment for 36/12 in CA95123?

    A sales person said that lease is better than buying because there's a $5000 discount going on for lease.
