Unfortunately they aren’t licensed to sell in my state but interested in the numbers so let’s use Virginia 22150, if it goes by residence then 80549. Can I please have the MF and RV for a G80 Sport 3.3t AWD for 36/12. If you can also give any incentives and rates for financing that would be great. FICO usually around 825 if that matters. Thanks.

I answered your 2019 G90 question in the 2018 thread, where you posted.

But, I'll need to get a 2019 thread up and running.

This is a question related to the different types of leases thru Hyundai. Planning to lease a 2019 G80 RWD with Ultimate package (which also requires sport pkg but deletes a few sport pkg items)

With the Hyundai Circle certificate (hyundai corporate employee family/friends discount), the buyer must do what Hyundai Motor Finance calls a "Standard Lease". This is apparently different from what a Tier 1 credit (over 800) buyer would normally get. So even though the Hyundai Circle discount certificate brings the G80 price to about $9,000 below MSRP, the dealership says the better deal is to use their regular lease with the usual incentives. MF on the regular lease supposedly translates to 1/2% interest but MF on "standard lease" translates to about 7% interest. This is according to the dealer, but how can that be verified?

Deal offered is $49,800 on 2019 G80 with Ultimate Package, which has MSRP of $53,265 and invoice of $50,426.

Monthly payment for 36/12 is $661 including everything. That's a no money down lease, so tax, tag, title, acquisition fee, dealer fee, any incentives, etc.... are all included. Is that a good deal?

And do you know whether the regular Hyundai lease MF could possibly be that much different from what Hyundai refers to as a "standard lease"? Starting payment quoted on a 36/12 lease under the "standard" lease was $614 plus tax plus $3999 down and all the extra fees (750 acquisition, dealer fee, other odds and ends).

    What ZIP code?

Yes, there are two different sets of lease numbers - "standard" and "supported". There will be a significant difference in the MF between the two.

    Hyundai Circle price $42,385
But the circle program requires standard lease only. Dealer said MF so high on standard lease that the 49,800 price they are offering  will result in much lower monthly payment. Since they can use a subsidized lease deal of some sort.

With your prices, I get $599/mo+tax, without including any fees, etc.
$661/mo. looks about right, I'd say.

I don't have the standard rate for Genesis. The residual should be the same.

But, Hyundai's standard rate is .00300 MF. I would guess that the rate for Genesis is similar.

If that is the case, the price would have to be $7000+ lower to get the same payment.

Thank you so much!  I just didn’t see how the circle deal would be so much more payment.

With a Hyundai Circle price of $42,385, the lease payment they give is $614 for 36 mo and $645 for 24 mo. Without taxes and fees. According to them that MF (for standard lease) is several times the supported lease.  Any way to back into the genesis MF from those numbers?

Price they gave us $49,800 and Circle price is $42,385, so it is about 7k less.
