Dealer can absolutely mark up the MF for extra profit. Politely tell them you want the base MF, or you'll go to another dealer.

Thank you for the information. Is 56% RV is not a good place to be ? A dealers market allowance means the selling can be further reduced by $2000 ?

It's an Audi-to-dealer incentive. It's likely they've already included it.
I'd guess they have room to come down, more, though.

The residual is what it is. You can't negotiate it.
