Deals on 2018 Mazda cx5 Touring

I am thinking of leasing a 2018 Mazda cx 5 touring SUV. I believe the 2019's are due out soon??? While I would like to save money by getting a 2018, am I at a disadvantage if I lease a 2018 before the 2019's get released?

Also what can I expect to pay
for a monthly lease payment: Assuming no additional $ down, 36 months, 15K/year

I don't think there are any differences between the 2018 and 2019, so the 2018 will likely lease better.

zip code is 08751 and I am looking at the AWD touring without premium package. I wanted white which has a $200 color upgrade. MSRP: $27,515 + destination fee $995 +$200 paint premium = $28,710 They told me less rebates/discounts: -$3,493 = $25,217 Adjusted price. Taxble fee (estimated) $894, Doc fee $359 Tax $848.51 Non Tax Fees $319.25 = Balance $27,637.76 36 months 15k/year $3000 down = $283/month payment
$2000 down = $312/month payment

Is this a good lease deal?

The $359 doc fee seems like it should be part of the $894 taxable fees (along with the $595 acquisition fee). Otherwise, I don't see how they come up with $894 in taxable fees. Looks to me like they might be adding it on twice, or they are charging you $399 for something that they haven't broken out or listed.

Taking their balance, and subtracting $1688 (what's left over from $2000 upfront, after deducting the $312 first payment), I get adjusted CAP cost of $291 vs. their payment of $312.

It appears they are marking up the money factor from .00001 to .00051 for extra profit.

The discount is pretty good, even considering the incentive.
My two issues are:
1) $399 extra in taxable fees.. for what? (guessing it's a garbage fee of some kind)
2) Money factor marked up from .00001 to .00051.

Those two items add up to $32/mo. on the deal with $2000 upfront.

Ok Signed a little while ago. $1000 down (on credit card that pays 2% back) $35 visa card from dealership for test drive and $308 per month going forward. The first month's payment was factored in so I am only out of pocket the $1000 down and 35 future payments of $308/month
