MF and RV in 33316 for Limited and Laramie 4x4 if that matters

Interested in leasing a 2019 Ram 36/12k. Not sure if smarter to get an optioned up laramie or limited. What's the RV and MF for each in S. Florida.  Is there any substantial difference between west palm beach 33411 and fort lauderdale 33316?

The dealer is trying to make more profit on the deal.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll shop a different dealer.

Laramie: .00065 MF and 56% residual
Limited: .00116 MF and 53% residual

$1000 incentive
either trim

A loaded up Laramie will have a lower payment, all else being equal.

Location doesn't matter.

I have been quoted a lease on a 2019 limited with an MF of .00165.  This dealership is in Orlando zip 

32822.  The MF provided in my initial inquiry is .00116. Residual is still 53%. I have a credit score above 760.

I was told that since I don't have a mortgage US Bank wouldn't approve me but Chrysler Capital did.

My questions are:

When you provide an MF what credit score range is it based on?  

Is the MF in 32822 that doesn't from 33316?
