    I Have been facilitating (brokering) car deals for my friends and co-workers for many years (my side hustle), especially leases. This is my calculator/worksheet for a deal we closed at the end of the month. He is Active Duty Military, and lives in OK but Registered this in WV.

    So Sales Tax is 6% on both lease use and any cap cost reductions. For some reason, they DID NOT calculate the Sales Tax on Lease Payment, so he was not charged the additional $20. However, this deal was all signed-off by a Ford Rep that was brought in to do a manual override for the out of state transaction. So we are thinking he will only be paying the $335 per/mo. Any errors made, the dealership claims will be covered by Ford. They stood by their numbers.

    So although this deal is $20 better than expected, it surely isn't typical.
    $355 would be a fairer comparison, and how I left my product, for accuracy.

    Also note: His current Lease of $340 was 2 months from being done. Ford did not offer any early-bird turn in for the Ranger, so we had the Dealer take over/absorb those last 2 payments, which made the $499 Doc fee easier to swallow. lol

    Oh yeah....
    Also, I offered this buyer the option to put down additional money towards Multiple Security Deposits to help "buy down" the MF. He declined because we were already under his budget... but this is always a great thing to consider, if the Manufacturer offers it.

    Need help on a 2019 Ranger. 2 different models I am looking to lease. 24 or 36 month, 10,500 miles. XLT runs $36k and the Lariat is around $44. I am located in 07701. Tier 1 credit. Any info would be helpfull. Would a 2020 be cheaper, better MF and res? Thank you

    OK. leased a Ranger this weekend.
    2019 Lariat with a list price over $46k
    They covered over $2,200 owed on current lease.
    Cost me $1500 total out of pocket
    36 month 10,500 per year and $425 a month with tax...

    I am cross-shopping medium pickups between the Ranger, Colorado/Canyon, and Gladiator. I have not had a chance to check out any Toyota's yet.

    For me, each one has pros and cons so at this point it might get down to which one I can get the best deal on. Funny how none so far were "I gotta have that one!" I thought it would be the Gladiator, but that was not the case

    I am looking for the leasing numbers on a 12,000-mile lease 36mo on a Lariat FX4 for Beaverton Oregon 97005. Also, any new incentives that would apply. It looks like there are but all I get on their website is to contact my local dealer.

    Second question first - it's rare for the manufacturers to update the lease programs mid-month. We may see a change in incentives for holidays, but MF/APR and RV, not so much

    I qualify for a plan if anyone knows how much that incentive gets me, and also if it’s added on after the invoice price or not that would help!

    And also, rv, mf, invoice price, incentives if available 36/12k or 24/12k
