Suburban Tahoe Seat Questions

My 2005 Suburban memory seats would only hold what I programmed for a short while and then when I'd use it would go to a completely different place than what I had programmed.

Since it was still covered under warranty I took it in and the dealer reset/reprogrammed/re-booted the computer part that controlled the memory seats. It's been fine since.

I have a grey leather 2nd row bench seat for sale - excellent condition. It is from a 2007 Suburban and would fit any 2007-2008 Suburban or Yukon XL. It has a middle seat shoulder belt .

Couldn't find anyone to swap with, but I did locate bucket seats that we purchased from an auto salvage. Installed them (it was easy) and am trying to sell the bench seat now. Good luck!

I have a 2nd row bench seat from a 2007 Suburban. I'm not sure if this would be compatible w/an 01 Tahoe. The middle position does have the lap/shoulder restraint, and the seat is grey leather. Let me know if you think they would be compatible if you are still looking for one.

I need a medium grey leather 2nd row 60/40 bench seat for an 02 Suburban (other close model years will also work). Anyone have one they want to sell or trade for below?

I also have a medium grey leather 2nd row 60/40 bench seat for an 00-05 Yukon/Tahoe for sale. (Yes, someone defrauded me and sold me a Yukon bench seat for my Suburban that obviously won't fit) I think the seat I have for sale is from a 2002 Yukon/Tahoe. It does not have the integrated center seat shoulder belt. Good shape, though.

I have a 2003 Suburban 2500. I am looking for a set of 2nd row Captian Chairs. I have a bench seat 60/40 right now it's gray leather. I am in need of the Captian Chairs because I have a special needs daughter that is in a LARGE car seat (Britax Regent) and an infant in a rear facing (Britax Decathlon). I can't install them side by side. Does anyone know where I can find a set of Captian Chairs for it or anyone in willing to do a trade??

I ended up buying 07 Tahoe captians off of e-bay and converting them myself to fit the suburban. I spent another $250 in factory parts to convert them but they look like the belong there. Basically had to replace all the plastic, latches, and bottom plates. I have a titanium 60/40 in the garage that I would get rid of just to get it out of the garage but it will need parts. You can convert them from suburban/tahoe pretty easily.

I just bought an 04 Tahoe LS. It did not come with a third row seat option. I was wondering if all Tahoes have the bars installed on the floor board under the carpet and I could just cut the carpet like they do at the factory and then install the plastic modlding and put seats in. Does anyone know if this is possible that all Tahoes have the hardware installed for the third row?

Pretty sure that your Tahoe has the install bars under the carpet. Check with your dealer...they should be able to tell you.

Check out Ebay and your nearby Craigs List cities.....there will be some seats out there much cheaper than you can buy them from GM. And by putting the info on Craigs List you may find someone willing to trade.

I have a 2007 Suburban with the 3rd row seats in light cashmere leather with the stupid console/armrest built in and am looking for rear bench in same color. It has to be 07 or 08 or it wont fit. How hard is it to convert the 2nd row buckets to a bench seat. Need more room in My 2005 suburban and was just wanting to know if it was a straight forward process or will it take a lot of new brackets. Thanks

I have a 2004 Tahoe with tan leather seats. What is your seat color? Or is the beige you mention? Is it the same as tan? I would call mine beige but I think they are called tan.

Wonder if seat mounting would work between '04 and '07?

My bench seat is also in very good condition, almost like new.

I'm in Louisiana and would not mind meeting somewhere half way to swap them out.

To my knowledge any yukon xl/suburban seats from 2000-2006 will fit each other. Where are you located and are you willing to trade for captain's chairs? My seats are in good condiction and are grey leather 2003.

We are also in So. Cal. and need to trade our 2nd row gray leather captain's chairs for 2nd row 60/40 bench. Do you still need to trade? What shade of gray do you have? Our Suburban is a 2001 and the shade is a lighter gray, I'm not sure if it's the lightest gray they made or not.

We have a 2007 with titanium buckets in 2nd row but are thinking about switching out to bench. Are they interchangable? We have 2nd row heated seats which probably would be tough to get in a bench. Is your bench still for sale?
