Are you sure on the money factor? We show .00229 MF.
Also, money factors usually only go out five digits, and you are showing six.
I agree on the 54% residual, if it's 36/12

The difference between those two money factors is about $47/mo.

I can't check your exact payments, because I don't have the actual adjusted CAP with all of the fees included.

You ask the dealer for it (along with the rest of the numbers)

Ask them to send you a screenshot of the deal screen on the computer.

it seems the MF has improved. I was looking at the chevy website and it now shows APR as 5.3 based on my zip, it was higher before. based on what Im reading above it seems the residuals have been bumped up as well. I think 55% was the going rate several weeks ago

does dealer discount off of MSRP help lease pricing at all? Or is the pricing totally based on MSRP and manufacturer metrics (residual and MF). I know there is factory lease cash, but what about the actual price the dealer is quoting? Is that discount (say $1500 for example) treated as additional "lease cash" that lowers what you're paying off during the lease term.

Dealer discounting will absolutely impact the lease payment.

Use the knowledge of the incentives to get your lowest price.
