2019 BMW 5-series Lease

Does anyone have residual MF and incentives / rebates for 540 10/36 12/36 and 15/36. Returning a lease, have a Costco membership (heard there was a rebate for this) and am a recent college grad. ( Heard there was a rebate for this as well). A salesman told me the loyalty for a 540 2019 was 3500. Also heard BMW CCA had lease rebates.

Hmmmm ok thank you! The Money Factor seems to be high for BMW. When i got my lease 3 years ago it was only 1.9%. Is this something that changes alot? I saw some other car brands offer alot lower lease rates.

Yep, the cost of money is going up, all over.

BMW sets the numbers to achieve a certain payment. Don't expect to repeat your previous lease deal this time around.

Can you please provide the MF, RV, and Incentives for the 540i xDrive for both 10K and 12K miles? Are the numbers the same for 36 months and 39 months?
