Lease question 2019 GLE 43 coupe AMG

Looking for residual and MF on 36/10k lease in Miami FL 33130. Offered me 2500 down and 1200 month out the door. Msrp 80775 and selling price 76310.51. Is this correct and good deal?

    .00113 MF and 50% residual

    The payment looks about right, given the numbers provided The SUV "coupes" don't lease well.

    No idea if that's a good selling price.
