Buy rate is 0.00177. Lease credit is $500. Loyalty is 1250. Residual is 56%. What do you think about this. Sorry I am new to leasing.

Is this a 2018 or 2019 model year?

Sorry, I see now it is for a 2019

.00177 is the correct base MF, and the residual is 56%
$500 lease credit, which I suspect is part of the discount from sticker.

Where is the sales tax?

That looks like an average price for a brand new until. I think you have a $2000-$3000 more to work with, especially considering the $550 doc fee.

If not, pick a new one.

For Demo with 2.5K miles on board. Let me know where I should negotiate and how much to. This is the first time I am leasing a car. Would I better off buying this vehicle instead? Im new to either leasing or buying and appreciate your advice
