Porsche 911 S 2020 Lease

I never dealt with Porsche before and I cannot tell how flexible their leasing terms are.

I'm looking for a 2020 911 S
MSRP 131,000
Discount 1,500
Residual 59%
MF 0.0029
10k/year
36mo.

I can't get them to move the MF which in my opinion is crazy high, for someone with excellent credit. They don't want to discount the car more than $1,500 cause it's a 2020 model. What do you guys think about these numbers? Do I have any chance to increase the discount, reduce the MF or increase the residual?

Thanks
rick

.00290 is the base MF for many of the Porsche models, and it's the best rate you'll see for top tier credit.

Dealer cannot alter the residual, as that is set by PFS.

For the 2020, I doubt you can get more of a discount, but, I've never shopped Porsche, so I don't really know what's possible.

It's going to be hella expensive to lease.

Thanks for the feedback. If it weren't for the crazy high MF, it would be OK. I just find hard to believe that Porsche customers are willing to pay 7% interest rate.

discount was about 2k - interest rate did not move 0.0029 MF
we'll see when the car comes in what the final deal will be.

Yes, the Porsche standard MF remains at .00290 for April.

And, still 59% residual for the 911 C2S coupe. (36/10)

Can you share terms on this?

    48 month lease
    7500 miles per year.
    $130K MSRP
    2020 911 (992) 2S

Can I refinance after to get a better rate. Seems 0.0029 is the going rate, which as noted previously in this thread is high.

We only have the residuals up to 42 months
    42/7.5
    .00290 MF and 54% residual

If you find the 48 month residual, note that the MF for that term is .00307 MF

    .00270 MF
    58%/54% residual for 36/42 months

We don't have the 48 month residuals
