So I was trying to negotiate on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S with a dealer in North Charlotte, but my ZIP is 29715. They quoted me 72% residual and .00263 MF, which I though was quite high. I believe this was a 42/12 lease. But I'm seeing the MF is high in general from the above posts. Is there negotiating room in the MF?

Also, what would the residual on a Sport for 36/12 or 42/12?
