2019 XC40 Inscription Lease

Hi, I am considering leasing a vehicle for the first time and want to do so from an informed standpoint. What is the MF and RV of a 2019 XC40 Inscription w/Active-C chassis, premium, vision, and advanced packages for zip code 97006? This is a special order and I am considering a 36/mo lease. Also can I trust the dealer to reveal any lease incentives or are there other ways to source this?

Another dimension: This is a special order due to the low, low inventory stateside. Apparently Volvo underestimated demand and couldn't produce vehicles quick enough to satisfy demand. I placed my order last November and I was given a mid-April delivery date. Where I am going with is the dealer has repeatedly indicated the MSRP is set and there would be no negotiation on price. I am not sure that's true as most purchases are negotiable. Is the dealer talking out the side of his head or this legitimate?

Given the popularity of the XC40, I'm not surprised.
