Shaking Periodically on Interstate

Hey Y'all
Something my jeep has been doing recently and I can't figure it out.
When I am on the interstate it will start shaking. But only periodically.
I was driving on it for 3 hrs the other day, only shaked one time.
Basically it will start as a small tremor, and then grow to a full shake. Feels like the vehicle is going to fall apart.
Once I pull off the road and bring it to a stop, I can get right back on the interstate and it won't shake anymore.
Any Ideas?
I've had it balanced, the alignment checked, tires checked. Nothing.
Today my mechanic said it might be the Front Struts that are bad. Maybe replacing those would help.

I would certainly have all aspects of the front suspension checked, and even look for structural issues like a crack in the sub-frame or control arm. This needs a close inspection!
