Looking at a 36/10k lease on a 19 530e.
Local dealer 78641 is telling me their MF is .00205
Is this the case with BMW, or have they added a little bit for themselves?

Usually its 0.00165. They usually add a bit if someone bites.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It was confirmed when another dealer quoted .00165 with the same 61% residual for a 36/10k lease.

Yes, .00205 is the maximum markup

Dealership took 7500 off MSRP right away. After I added the 2500 lease credit and the 1000 conquest cash and 250 military that’s 11250 off MSRP. I thought that was a pretty good deal so I wanted to confirm with them. They asked where I got the 3500 from. I told them about  the lease credit and conquest cash (that they didn’t know about), and she told me that it was included in the 7500. Funny how it was included when they didn’t even know about it. 
Anyway, that’s pretty much where the deal broke down. 
Something tells me these dealerships aren’t used to people negotiating price and assume that 7500 off is the best they can do. They’re first offer would never be their best offer.

Lots of BMW dealers to choose from; only takes one to strike the right deal.
