Hi I was quoted for an Enclave Essence sun roof 20 in wheels. 445 with 760 due at signing. I have a Ford now so I get competitor discount as well as the highest GM discount. Along with other incentives. Just learning about the money factor and residual value. Does this seem fair for this vehicle? Thank you!!

MI taxes the monthly payment on a lease; so you can ignore the tax amount

Not much of a discount, when you subtract the incentives out of the discount from sticker. That's where you can improve your deal.
