2018 330i Lease on demo/loaner car-can I do better than this?

Here is the deal I was quoted:

2018 330i, 4DR, Alpine White
2900 Miles

Selling Price: 46,295.00
Discount: 14,869.00
Adjusted Price: 31,426.00

$790 Down
36 mo./12k miles per year

$340/mo.

Is this a decent deal or can I do better? It is titled as a new car since its never been registered, only used as executive demo/loaner. At the end of the day it is a 2018 and will be 2 years old soon; that said is there more room on that discount? Or is this about as good as it gets? If there is how should I go about the negotiations?

Thanks in advance.

You are leasing. The age of the vehicle is irrelevant.

That is a steal, and you should jump on it.

Did you get a good deal? Be sure to come back and share!
